Ο Αχιλλέας Αρβανίτης είναι Partner στο τμήμα παροχής συμβουλευτικών υπηρεσιών της ΕΥ στο γραφείο της Αθήνας. Ηγείται του τμήματος Business Transformation της EY στην Ελλάδα και του Customer practice της EY στην περιοχή της Κεντρικής, Ανατολικής, Νοτιοανατολικής Ευρώπης και Κεντρικής Ασίας (CESA).

Έχει συνεργαστεί με τις Διοικήσεις των μεγαλύτερων ελληνικών εταιριών και άλλων οργανισμών στη Νοτιανατολική Ευρώπη σε θέματα διαμόρφωσης στρατηγικής, σχεδιασμού «πολύ-καναλικής» πελατοκεντρικής προσέγγισης, customer experience, εξορθολογισμού και βελτιστοποίησης Δικτύου Καταστημάτων καθώς και χάραξης ψηφιακής στρατηγικής και σχεδιασμού ψηφιακών λύσεων.

Είναι ενεργό μέλος σε αρκετές διεθνείς ομάδες καινοτομίας στην ΕΥ, συμπεριλαμβανομένων ομάδων παρακολούθησης και συνεργασίας με FinTech επιχειρήσεις και άλλων startup εταιρειών.

Πριν ενταχθεί στην ομάδα της ΕΥ, εργάστηκε στη British Telecommunications (ΒΤ) στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο και στη G4S Telematix στην Αθήνα στο χώρο των Τηλεπικοινωνιών/Πληροφορικής και της Τηλεματικής αντίστοιχα.

Είναι απόφοιτος της σχολής Ηλεκτρολόγων Μηχανικών και Μηχανικών Υπολογιστών στο Εθνικό Μετσόβιο Πολυτεχνείο και κάτοχος μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου (MSc) στις Τηλεπικοινωνίες από το Imperial College London.

Achilleas Arvanitis is a Partner in the consulting services of EY in the Athens office. He leads the Business Transformation practice of EY in Greece and the EY Customer practice for Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia.

He has collaborated with the largest Greek companies and other organizations in Southeast Europe in matters of strategy formulation, "multi-channel" customer-centric approach design, customer experience, streamlining and optimization of the Store Network, as well as drawing up a digital strategy and designing digital solutions.

He is an active member of several international EY innovation groups, including monitoring and cooperation groups with FinTech companies and other startup companies. Before joining the EY team, he worked at British Telecommunications (BT) in the United Kingdom and at G4S Telematix in Athens in the field of Telecommunications/Information and Telematics respectively.

He is a graduate of the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens and holds an MSc in Telecommunications from Imperial College London.
